Which clan inherited Eshtaol and Zorah -- Judah or Dan?

Joshua 15:20, 33, "This is the inheritance of the tribe of Judah, clan by clan... In the western foothills: Eshtaol, Zorah, Ashnah..."

Joshua 19:40-41, "The seventh lot came out for the tribe of Dan, clan by clan. The territory of their inheritance included: Zorah, Eshtaol, Ir Shemesh..."

According to Joshua chapter 15, the tribe of Judah inherited the lands of Eshtaol and Zorah, however, according to Joshua chapter 19, these lands were inherited by the tribe of Dan.
